Showtrain Setup
These photo's were taken during the set up for either the first or second Showtrain, and show the largest of our three halls.
1.
Friday evening, we get into the halls only after the school has finished with them at about 5.30pm. At this stage the grandstand type seating is still in the middle of the hall, however we start to mark stand positions onto the floor.

It will take an hour or two to finish laying out the hall and we have also distributed tables to those exhibitors that require them. The extention leads have been loosely laid out, but the cable ramps have not been put in yet.

By 9.00pm on Friday the first of the layouts have arrived to set up and most of the barriers have been brought in (in excess of 2 tonnes of barriers are brought all the way from St. Albans) Chairs for exhibitiors have been distributed.
4.
The following morning the rest of the exhibitors arrive (hopefully) and any last minute problems are ironed out.
5.
At last the public turns up to veiw the exhibition.
